LM Dorman Group provides independent residential valuation services throughout Dallas–Fort Worth and the surrounding Texas counties. Every assignment is completed by a TALCB-certified residential appraiser and developed in conformance with USPAP.
We take on the assignments many firms turn away: rural acreage, farm and ranch residential, lakefront, luxury, and complex or unique properties where a simple comparable grid isn't enough.
